Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage the Western Region Regional Sales Manager Role.
2.Propose, agree and achieve Iveco sales budget.

4.Individually lead, manage and motivate each member of the sales team, including;
-Establish and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Market intelligence, quotation activity and follow-up, conversion ratios
-Maintain up-to-date customer lists and discover and qualify new customers
-Establish and achieve non-financial objectives – call reports, lost sales reports, lead, mentor, appraise and develop individual sales staff
-Ensure each team member understands and always properly uses all company systems and software
5.Develop and maintain personal relationships with key customers.

Requirements:
•Proven work experience as a Sales manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in this field (Truck Sales).
•Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicating to executive management.
•Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
•Drive for results and leadership skills.
•Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
•Comfortable working with, numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
•Excellent command of the English language and Arabic would be a definite advantage.

We are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join our team, reporting into to the National Sales Manager.  

The main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent experience to our customers, whilst ensuring the achievement of, or exceeding the region’s monthly / annual sales and profitability budget / target. 
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting a culture of excellent customer service whilst ensuring the achievement of regional sales and profitability targets. Ensuring effective hiring, training and individual development and retention plans are in place for direct reports; providing supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results, identify changes in the market and competitive pressures to develop and modify sales strategies and tactics; preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts is a requirement. You will establish a real understanding of your team’s strengths and weaknesses by leading from the front.
